When you send a brief, request a scope or use the contact form, PSA Studio collects your name, business name, email and the project details you give us. We use these only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your scope and follow up about your project. We never sell your details. PSA Studio is the data controller.
How long we keep it: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client (when normal business records apply). You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
AI & email processing: to reply quickly, your enquiry is read by an automated AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude) to summarise it and draft your scope; your details are stored securely in our system, hosted by Supabase; and emails are sent through Brevo. These providers process your data on our behalf under contract and do not use it to train their models.
Your rights: you can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we handle it. Contact [email protected].
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. We don't profile you, follow you around the web, or sell your data.
What is used: only the essential storage needed for the site and the on-page assistant to work. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may set essential cookies for security and reliability.
